THE ARTFUL GARDEN
"The Artful Garden" is a metaphor suggesting how we can sow seeds of creative ideas. Gardens start with small seeds, much like ideas and art. They both need to be fed, nurtured and loved in order to thrive. This "garden" is a safe place to be both inspired and inspiring to others. It is a way to share who you are and promote forward movement within your life. A way to realize that you are not alone. The top picture is from Karianne. These are some of the candles that she has been making for gifts. The watercolor was created by my friend Sarah Chase who I teach with in Deerfield. We were talking about how we would always get inspired by the lessons we were teaching and seeing what the kids would do. She was teaching a pen and ink lesson and was inspired to make this for her Christmas cards this year and said that I could share. I just love, love, love it!
